Effective January 20, 2020, Fynlash accepts returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at support@fynlash.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to our return address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error (in which case we will reimburse shipping fees).

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
