Effective January 20, 2020, Fynlash accepts returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@fynlash.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to our return address.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error (in which case we will reimburse shipping fees).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing.
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
